Planning

With the presettings, you set the foundation for a clear presentation of your projects, which can then be optimally presented, analyzed, and evaluated.   

Planning starts with creating projects, and tasks and assigning individual team members to the respective projects. With just a few clicks you have created projects and defined the associated tasks and can invite your team members so that they can book their working hours on the created projects and tasks. 

In this blog, we will show you which steps you should follow to be able to use timeghost effectively right away. 

In addition, you can set hourly rates for each employee. On the one hand, you can track how much your employee is costing you in the project and how much profit he is generating for you in the implementation of the project. With the profitability feature, you can then clearly evaluate the income and expenses of your team.  

Overview

After the settings have been made, it is up to you and your team to accurately track the working hours and assign the time entries to the projects and defined tasks. The more accurately your team tracks the working hours, the better you can analyze and evaluate the projects and make adjustments/improvements. 

timeghost Team Activity – live overview of your employees’ tasks 

The timeghost Team Activity lists the last 25 processed tasks of all workspace members and shows how long it took to complete the task and when it was completed. 

You’ll also see the weekly work hours for each user in that particular workspace.

The feature makes productivity observable for you as a project manager/administrator and helps you evaluate your team’s performance and make adjustments if necessary.

The Dashboard gives both the project manager or administrator and each team member (depending on the permissions set by the administrator) an overview of the individual projects. You can apply different filters to the project and display exactly the information you need.
