The new timeghost Reminder feature notifies you of missing hours when your target hours are not met, so that you can complete the hours. In return, you will automatically receive a reminder email if you don’t reach your set working hours.
In this blog post, we’ll introduce you to the reminders feature and show you how to best use it in your team.
What are the benefits of reminders?
– Users and groups are automatically reminded via email if they have not reached their target hours at a certain point in time.
– Set a “deadline” within your team by which employees should have maintained their hours.
Intuitive and easy to create
Setting timeghost Reminders is straightforward and intuitive. Go to the “Reminders” section under “Settings”. Then click on “Create reminder” on the right side.
As shown in the GIF, you can now customize your reminder by specifying who should receive the reminder as well as when and from what number of hours not reached it should be sent.
Reminder email and update of your working time
If you do not reach your set target hours, you will automatically receive a reminder email. Here you can see some screenshots of the reminder mails of our team:
After you have created a reminder, this reminder email will be sent to you at the set time, so that the working hours can be added directly. Just click on the „Open timeghost” button inside the email and you will be taken directly to the application!
